The Palo Alto chapter of Friday for Future sponsored this event as part of the Global Climate Strike held this day. The purpose of this event, the organizers say, is "to prompt the Palo Alto City council to become more transparent with their measurement of the
implementation of previously passed legislation: this would mean clear transparency of the progress towards implementing
the HPWH program."
