Oct 27 East Palo Alto Mid-Town Revitalization Event
From the Acterra website: "Join us for a neighborhood block party and “get to know you” event to beautify and green the community. East Palo Alto Mid-town residents can learn about resources that can help save energy, water, and money, and talk with volunteers from Acterra, Canopy, GRID Alternatives, El Concilio of San Mateo County, Pono Home, Build it Green, Fresh Approach, Ecology Action / WaterLink, and many other community-based groups. Along with plenty of entertainment and local food trucks, there will be hands-on activities taking place like tree planting and electric vehicle demos, plus viewing of home weatherization and solar installation projects in the neighborhood.
